Project description: Dating back to the original construction date of 1960, the reception, toilet and common areas of this prestigious Nottingham City Centre office block were tired and in need of refurbishment. The architect designed scheme involved new ceramic floor and wall tiling including high pressure water cut mitred external corners, an LED backlit feature lift wall, bespoke reception desk as well as a new lighting scheme and decoration with the theme rolled over into the circulation areas and WC’s where new cubicles, vanity units and sanitaryware were provided.
