Project description:
This project, undertaken for Towerview Care, comprised the alteration and full refurbishment to their building in Mapperly, Nottingham to create a 51 bedroom specialist care home.
Our works included significant re-modelling of the ground floor areas to create new reception, administration office suite, training areas, kitchen and commercial laundry area. Upper floor alterations created self-contained eight to ten bed wards with en-suite bedrooms, lounges, kitchen/dining rooms and Nursing areas.
The project was delivered within budget and to a standard that reportedly exceeded client expectations.
