Project description:
A strip out of 1100m2 of existing tenant installed cellular offices, ceilings and flooring including asbestos removal along with all mechanical and electrical services back to the incoming distribution points. The reinstatement of the area to open plan included new acoustic ceilings, over-skimming all perimeter walls, new carpet tile floor finishes and decoration with new LED light fittings, small power and data outlets and dado trunking and alterations to the fire detection system as well as all new heating pipework and perimeter radiators.
The project was completed in two phases to allow a phased relocation of an existing tenant.
